These terms explain how Aurora Command is provided, what you can and can’t do with the service, and how we handle liability and warranties. If you have procurement requirements (DPA, security addendum, retention language), request Trust Center access and we’ll route you to the correct documents.

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Aurora Command’s marketing site and portal. By accessing the service, you agree to these terms.

Acceptable use

  • Use the service only for authorized business purposes.
  • Do not attempt to access data that is not yours or exceed your permissions.
  • Do not interfere with availability, performance, or security testing without written approval.
  • Protect credentials and notify us promptly if you suspect compromise.

Availability and changes

The service is provided on an “as available” and “as-is” basis. We may update, change, or discontinue features to improve the service, address security concerns, or comply with legal requirements. We may suspend access to protect customers or prevent abuse.
