We use contact details to respond to your request, schedule walkthroughs, and send downloads you ask for. We do not sell personal information. If you enter an email on a resource page, we use it to send the link and follow up only if requested. For customer accounts, Aurora Command stores the documents, evidence, and program records you upload or connect so you can export and share them under your rules.

What we collect

International transfers
If you access Aurora Command from outside the United States, your information may be processed in the United States. It may also be processed in other jurisdictions where we or our service providers operate.
Your rights and choices
- You can opt out of marketing emails using the unsubscribe link in the message.
- You can request access, correction, or deletion where applicable.
- You can contact us to ask about retention and account closure.
Subprocessors
We maintain a list of subprocessors that may process customer data. The subprocessor list is available in the Trust Center (request access if you need it for procurement).
