Steps

Use these as a starting point, then verify collection inside Aurora.

    Create Atlassian OAuth 2.0 (3LO) app, set redirect URL.

    Request required scopes and install into the tenant.

    Provide cloud_id and complete OAuth flow.

    Validate by running a JQL search for a small project.
